Description

Indications
- Seasonal & perennial allergic rhinitis (sneezing, runny/itchy nose)
- Allergic conjunctivitis (itchy/watery eyes)
- Chronic urticaria, hives, itchy skin rashes, insect bites
Dosage & Administration
- 6 months – 2 years: 2.5 mL (½ tsp) once daily; max 5 mL/day
- 2 – 5 years: 2.5 mL twice daily OR 5 mL once daily
- 6 – 11 years: 5 mL once daily OR 5 mL twice daily
- Adults / ≥12 years: 10 mL (2 tsp) once daily
- Take: With or without food; same time each day
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to cetirizine, hydroxyzine, or any ingredient
- Severe kidney failure without doctor approval
Precautions
- May cause slight drowsiness in sensitive people; avoid driving/machinery if affected
- Alcohol increases drowsiness risk; limit intake
- Pregnancy/lactation: only if advised by physician
- Stop 48 hours before allergy skin tests
