Amoxicillin Drops is a prescription-only, highly concentrated oral antibiotic, designed specifically for newborns, infants, and young children — ideal when very small, accurate doses are needed. Each 1 milliliter (mL) of reconstituted liquid contains 100 mg amoxicillin (as trihydrate), a broad-spectrum penicillin that kills bacteria by stopping cell wall formation. Does not work for colds, flu, or viral infections.
